I started my trip on June 18 in Avalon, New Jersey.

So far, I've been staying in motels most of the time and hope to camp out more as I head west. One night I camped free in a graveyard.

Another night I stayed at the "fine" Twi-Lite Motel in Fredricksburg. The towel gives you some idea of the quality of this establishment.
